Application for Enrollment
Upon enrollment, additional forms and information are required and must be completed and up-to-date by the first day of school.
All Forest School students must be able to know when they need to go to the bathroom and be capable of following directions to keep themselves and others safe.
If your child typically naps in the afternoon, we encourage you to only apply for morning sessions.
We will meet on the west side of Fairbanks. Exact location will be disclosed to registered families.
Small Forest School is a drop-off program, however, a guardian must be available during class hours in case a child needs to be picked up. Guardians are also welcome to visit any time.
The age range for the summer session is 3-11 years old.
The age range for our mini-camp is 5-11 years old.
If you are a current or returning family you do not need to complete a new form unless your information has changed.
